+# WirelessTextSyncer
+
+WirelessTextSyncer turns an Android device into a low-latency wireless text input companion for Windows over a local network.
+
+## Repository Layout
+
+- `desktop/` - Windows tray server, built with .NET 8 WinForms.
+- `android/` - Android client, built with Flutter.
+
+The root repository is the orchestration repository. Each platform directory is an independent Git repository so platform work can evolve separately.
+
+## First Milestone
+
+1. Start the Windows tray server and listen on a configurable local WebSocket port.
+2. Connect from the Android client by IP address and port.
+3. Send text, backspace, and enter events from Android to the active Windows input target.
