feat: add accessory API methods and data classes to ApiService

Add accessory-related data classes (WorkOrderGroup, AccessoryTypeInfo,
AccessoryRecord), result classes, and 8 API methods for the accessory
module. Also add pendingAccessories field to BoxInfoResult.
