Enhance project documentation with identity updates and OpenClaw guidelines

- Add Chinese name and extended name origin in IDENTITY.md
- Add OpenClaw documentation verification rules in MEMORY.md
- Add BOOT.md for Gateway startup notification task spec
- Initialize memory directory with daily notes
