c4046e9f7e Initial commit: project scaffold with android and backend submodules 
Set up monorepo structure with git submodules:
- android/ -> SnapLedger-Android (Kotlin + Jetpack Compose)
- backend/ -> SnapLedger-Backend (Python FastAPI)
