feat: add temp storage shelf (B prefix) support

Update submodules with temp storage shelf functionality. Add _is_temp_storage_location() helper, temp_stored status, and UI support for B-prefix location codes. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
