docs: fix Mermaid diagram syntax in deleteByMaterialCodes flow

Browse Source 
- Remove problematic edge labels with special characters
- Move database type identifiers into node labels
- Replace ellipsis with clearer text descriptions
- Fix parse error caused by spaces and special chars in edge labels
