- Add architecture section describing Capture/Apply/Cleanup pipeline
- Document service vs one-shot full-sync commands
- Add full-sync usage examples (--db/--table/--clear-change-log)
- Add FAQ for -1102 lock contention and pyodbc/pydantic ABI mismatch
